Install the application, then go to Configuration options and manually assign a hotkey to switch between the languages. In most cases the used key combination is Left Alt + Left Shift because the keyboard layouts are installed on the Keyboards menu through the Regional settings.
I have typed some text in Gujarati language using APS software. Now I want to convert the same text to Indic language font (e.g. Shruti fonts) but I am unable to do so. Kindly guide for the same.

The only possible way I could think of is to use the Google's Input Tool language engine that supports some of these dialects and variations.
Access the following page to see all the available downloads, languages and typical installation guides or configuration steps. When you have everything installed and configured simply open a dedicated text processor and copy one block of text from the source and past it in the text processor while using the Google's Input Tools for the language you want.
